Bolanle Oyeledun

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Bolanle Oyeledun, MD, MPH, MSc, is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board at Centre for Integrated Health Programs-Nigeria. She was also Deputy Country Director at the Johns Hopkins University/CCP Nigeria program. She is currently responsible for leading and providing overall strategic direction, coordination and execution of all program activities for the CIHP. Her major responsibilities include: planning and implementation of HIV/AIDS program initiatives in partnership with the Federal Republic of Nigeria, USAID, CDC, MTNF and other PEPFAR partners; supervision and oversight of CIHP staff and assessing and executing program growth.  An internationally recognized public health leader, she is also the first female Chairperson on the Technical Review Panel (TRP) for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), Geneva and Chairperson on the monitoring Independent Review Committee (IRC) and Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) committee at GAVI Alliance, Geneva, Switzerland. She holds a medical degree (M.B.B.S) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Master of Public Health and Master of Science in Community Health and Health management from the Universities of Lagos, Nigeria and Heidelberg, Germany respectively. She is also a member of the National Postgraduate Medical College in Public Health. She holds various certifications from the Harvard school of Public Health and John Hopkins University, USA. She was also a visiting fellow in population leadership to the University of Washington, Seattle, USA.

Frank Oronsaye

Director, Strategic Information Management

Frank Oronsaye, BSc. MHM, is Director, Strategic Information Management of the Center for Integrated Health Program (CIHP)
Frank has extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, health information system management and surveillance in the field of sexual and reproductive health, family planning, HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment and women health and empowerment. In the last 15 years, Frank Oronsaye, has led the implementation of a number of intervention studies and projects aimed at improving adolescents and women’s sexual and reproductive health outcomes in more than 20 Nigerian states. Some of his areas of interest include, STIs/HIV prevention, care and treatment, Female Genital Mutilation, Post Abortion Care, women empowerment.
As Director Strategic Information Management of CIHP, he provides lead for almost 35 strategic information staff in its four supported states, providing technical assistance for development and implementation of a robust SI system for over 250 entities, providing HIV prevention, care, and treatment programs to over 150,000 thousand clients.

Funmi Adegbesan

Funmi Adegbesan

Director, Finance and Subcontracts

Funmi Adegbesan is the Director of Finance and Subcontracts in CIHP, Nigeria.
Before joining CIHP, Funmi had worked in International Center for HIV /AIDS Care and Treatment Program (ICAP) as Finance Manager. She started her working career as an audit trainee with an audit firm named Z.O Ososanya & co, Lagos office and moved to Wema Bank Plc. where she rose to the position of an Assistant Manager. This was her last position before serving with ICAP.

Funmi is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chattered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria (CIBN) respectively. She had a BSc. degree in Accounting and Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife and is currently pursuing her MBA degree in Health Management from Paris Graduate School of Management, France.

Sani Alikali

Director, Supply Chain Management

Sani Alikali is the Director Supply Chain Management for the Center for Integrated Health Programs (CIHP).
Sani Alikali provides leadership and technical oversight for all procurement (local and International), Pharmaceutical and Health commodities Supply Chain Management for CIHP programs and other funded projects.
He worked with International Center for Aids Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP) as Procurement Manager from 2006 to 2008 and Associate Director for Procurement and Acting Director Central Technical Unit leading the Pharmacy and Procurement Team from 2008 to 2012 before joining CIHP.
Sani Alikali started his public health work as Central facilitator (W.H.O/UNICEF/NPI Consultant) in Polio eradication programs and As State Program Logistician with Axios Foundation in Kano State, Nigeria.
Before the Public Health sector, he had worked with May & Baker Nigeria Plc and Church Bells Pharmaceuticals as Medical Representation and Health Planet Nigeria Limited as National Sales and Marketing Manager. Sani Alikali holds a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy (B.PHARM) from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a Master’s Degree in Health Management from Benue State University.

Funmi Adegbesan

Babatunde Afuwape

Associate Director, Management Support Services

Babatunde Afuwape is the Associate Director, Management Support Services for the Centre for Integrated Health Program (CIHP). In this capacity, he provides leadership and management oversight for Human Resources, Administration and IT for the CIHP Programs and other donor supported grants. He has worked on USG funded programs /agencies from 2001 to date.

He joined International Centre for AIDS Care and Treatment Program (ICAP) in June, 2009 as Administration Manager; worked in that capacity till October, 2011 when he became the Senior Human Resources and Administration Manager in the early part of CIHP transition.

Babatunde began his professional career at the Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria in 1991 as Admin Assistant and rose to the position of Admin Officer before joining Futures Group International (Policy Project, a USG supported project), Abuja in 2001. Upon the close out of the Policy Project in 2004, he joined ENHANSE Project, also a USG funded Project from July, 2004 to June, 2009. He left ENHANSE Project as Administration Manager following successful implementation of programs and close out.

Babatunde holds Masters Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan and HND (Upper Credit) in Business Administration and Management of the Yaba College of Technology. He is a full member of Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). Babatunde is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School.

Daniel Ameh

Associate Director, Finance and Subcontract

Daniel Ameh, is the Associate Director, Finance and Subcontracts for Centre for Integrated Health Programs (CIHP) Nigeria. He was formerly the Subcontract Finance Manager for the same organisation.

Daniel worked with Columbia University-International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (CU-ICAP) in Nigeria as Subcontract Accountant/Coordinator Accountant from 2007 to 2011.

He had also worked with the Partnership for Transforming Health System (PATHS), a UK-DFID funded program in the capacity of State Office Accountant, Dutse-Jigawa State, Program Accounts Supervisor (Abuja), and State Accounts Supervisor (Kano) between 2005 and 2007.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA)- Entrepreneurial Development from the University of Jos, Plateau State.

Daniel is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), and a certificate holder in ACCA-CERTIFRS-Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards.

Olusegun Busari

Director, Laboratory Services

Olusegun Busari, FMLSCN, MSc. is the Director, Laboratory Services at the Centre for Integrated Health Programs (CIHP). He is currently responsible for the provision of leadership, technical oversight and strategic direction in implementation of the laboratory program and system strengthening, Biosafety, Waste management, Safe Injection and Blood Safety.

Olusegun has extensive experience in the Medical Microbiology, Virology and Biotechnology Laboratories; and track record of managing increasingly larger and complex programmes and projects in the public healthcare regulation and developmental sector. He was a member of the National Laboratory Quality Assurance Team. A key member of several National evaluation and sentinel survey studies, including but not limited to the pilot HIV incidence study in Nigeria.

Prior to joining CIHP, he worked with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) and Axios Foundation as the Pioneer Manager and key player in the establishment and expansion of the National External Quality Assessment Laboratory, Zaria – the first in the West African sub region.

He holds a Fellow of the Medical Laboratory Sciences Council of Nigeria (FMSLCN) in Medical Virology, a Masters of Science degree in Medical Microbiology and Parasitology from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye and a Certificate in Immunology from the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan. He is presently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Health. He is a member of the African Society of Laboratory Medicine (ASLM) and American Society of Microbiology (ASM).
